Partnerships with Purpose
We collaborate with local businesses who share our values, helping each other grow and thrive. One of our ongoing partnerships is with Taste, a fantastic local provider who supports our learning events with high-quality, thoughtful catering.
We also work closely with Signature Recruitment on a joint mission to broaden access to learning and development opportunities. Together, we’ve hosted leadership breakfasts and live webinars on timely, high-impact topics; creating space for professionals to connect, reflect, and explore new thinking. It’s a partnership rooted in shared purpose: providing expert coaching and development opportunities through engaging discussions.

Team Volunteer Days
Giving our time is just as important as giving our expertise. Our team members have dedicate time to volunteer with local causes, supporting everything from community events to grassroots initiatives. These days are about rolling up our sleeves, connecting with the community, and contributing in meaningful ways.
Charity Fundraising
In 2024, we were proud to raise nearly £2,000 for Force Cancer Charity, a local organisation providing vital support to individuals and families facing cancer. From bake sales to team challenges, we’re always finding creative (and fun) ways to give back.
